As Head of Development, you will work closely with the Development Director and Principal to lead this transformative journey. About the Role

As Head of Development, you will: Design and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to significantly increase philanthropic income. Build and nurture relationships with major donors, trusts, foundations, and corporate partners. Champion fundraising initiatives across the college, engaging the entire community to support strategic priorities. Develop tailored proposals and strategies to secure major gifts, with an emphasis on six- and seven-figure contributions. Collaborate with the Development team to deliver innovative giving programs and ensure excellent donor stewardship. What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will have: A proven track record of securing major gifts and building long-term relationships with high-value donors. Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and convey complex ideas persuasively. Strategic vision and a proactive, self-sufficient approach to work. A strong interest in education, social impact, and the unique mission of graduate colleges. While prior experience in higher education or related sectors is desirable, candidates from diverse professional backgrounds who meet the fundraising criteria are warmly encouraged to apply.
