The post holder is professionally accountable as the Lead Architect, Developer, and mentor to the development teams within Digital Services. The post holder will be responsible for highly complex strategic and innovative solutions with the ability to present and articulate technical executions clearly and concisely to internal and external stakeholders.

Requires highly developed, in-depth specialist knowledge, underpinned by theory and professional experience of disciplines including technical development, Quality Assurance, and IM&T service delivery acquired through training and experience over an extended period.
