to join their technical team. With a hybrid working model, this role offers an exciting opportunity for a hands-on professional with both technical expertise and commercial acumen. You will design and implement tailored solutions to meet client needs while inspiring and leading a team to deliver outstanding results. Key Responsibilities: Partner with clients to understand their goals and translate them into technical solutions. Prepare and deliver comprehensive documentation and presentations. Lead technical discussions and stay current with emerging industry trends. Oversee the implementation of websites, plugins, and additional features. Actively develop, maintain, and troubleshoot websites using
WooCommerce, PHP, WordPress, MySQL , and more. Act as an escalation point for technical queries from both clients and internal teams. Drive revenue growth and provide commercial insights, including forecasting and financial planning. Required Skills & Experience for this Head of Digital role: Proven expertise in
WooCommerce, PHP, WordPress, MySQL , and related technologies. Strong track record in managing client relationships, contracts, and development teams. Demonstrated success in delivering revenue growth and accurate company forecasting. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels. Outstanding leadership abilities with a knack for solving complex problems and managing multiple projects.
