The role: What you’ll be doing Responsible for the design and implementation, growth, and success of a combined digital marketing plan, as part of wider D2C business plans Lead and develop the digital function, across content, SEO, paid media, website management, digital PR and marcomms, to meet strategy goals, manage costs, and drive revenue Set the department KPIs, in line with D2C KPIs, and manage departmental budgets Define and execute campaign strategies that deliver profitable growth in line with KPIs and sales forecasts Build business cases for future technology investments within the department Development of the digital marketing team, ensuring talent not only remains in the team, but thrives Management of digital agencies including search engine marketing and website management, ensuring alignment towards channel optimisation and budget management Achieving or surpassing all financial and operational goals set Ensuring departmental compliance with business best practice, and ensuring all Legal, Compliance and related approvals for departmental activity Line management of three highly experienced managers, and an overall team of six What we’re looking for Demonstratable experience in planning and managing all aspects of digital strategy, and a proven background in driving innovation in businesses with established digital channels Excellent analytical skills with experience in analysing and interpreting large amounts of complex data and presenting insight back to the business, with recommends for growth and optimisation Excellent knowledge of SEM, CMS and CRM management, along with e-commerce and MarTech innovation In-depth understanding of content and technical SEO Management experience of paid media, email, digital PR and social media marketing Experience with managing financial budgets, delivering KPIs and measurable output Agency and strategic partner relationship management Excellent project management, problem-solving and research skills Experience managing large data sets for A/B testing, reporting results for optimisation and growth Benefits of Working at Simplify Competitive Salary 25 Days Holiday (plus 8 Public Holidays) Pension Scheme Option to Buy/Sell Holiday Life Assurance Enhanced Maternity, Paternity & Adoption Pay Employee Assistance Programme Free Conveyancing Services &
