Engaging internal and external audiences by clearly articulating our digital, PR, and media value proposition
Team development Inspiring and leading a multidisciplinary team of digital marketing and PR professionals, ensuring clarity of roles, priorities, and goals
Working with your team to clarify and enhance our offering in campaign automation, KPI dashboarding, reporting, and CRM optimisation for clients
Client delivery Providing oversight and guidance for complex client campaigns, proactively identifying risks and opportunities
Serving as the senior client partner for high-profile accounts, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality strategies and execution
In partnership with Client Services, acting as a trusted adviser to clients, offering insights into emerging trends and solutions that add value to their business objectives
Operational excellence Implementing clear governance and workflows to optimise team productivity and client satisfaction
Partnering with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure resource allocation and utilisation across the capability team
Collaborating with the Head of Technology & Innovation and identifying third-party platforms to integrate AI best practices into workflows, processes, and reporting
Business growth & innovation Supporting commercial team to convert new business opportunities
Staying ahead of industry trends, exploring new technologies and approaches to enhance the agency’s capabilities
Championing thought leadership, case studies, and industry events
