Head of Digital Systems Design Anywhere in the UK (Hybrid role) £90,000+ Car Allowance (£7000) + 15-25% Bonus My client is looking for a Head of Digital Systems Design to lead one of the Enterprise architecture teams and manage 8-10 architects. What you'll be doing: Direct development of enterprise-wide architecture and processes which ensure that the application of digital change is embedded in the management of the organisation. Communicate the organisation's digital management strategy, developing it as an integrated part of the functional areas. Support the management provision of digital consultancy services and management of a team of senior architects. Ensure that the organisation's business processes and information are correctly captured considering any relevant statutory, internal, or external regulations. Engage with business and maintain business relationships. Shape and agree business solution requirements and manage completion and disengagement. Supervise specialist application/technical consultancy. The specialism can be any aspect of digital, information or communication technology, architecture, technique, method, and product or application area. Contribute to the selection and development of appropriate Solution Development and Design methods, tools, and techniques. Assist the business in defining their systems capability requirements and advise on matters affecting technical standards, policies, and information. Work with Head of Architecture Management Office to direct teams to deliver emerging technologies, systems, and solutions. Your skills and experiences: Relevant IT degree or business degree, experience in consultancy or people management position. Strong architectural background. Significant experience of working in an IT Function and relevant field. A good level of experience in the delivery of key projects in a couple if not all the solution definition design and delivery IM&T skill sets. Significant experience of managing within an IT Function and relevant field. Experience of managing and motivating teams. Senior Stakeholder Management experience.
