The Role We are currently looking for a

Head of Transformation

to join the business and drive their digital roadmap moving into 2025. The focus will be to oversee the delivery of a digital transformation programme, driving organisational change, innovation, and operational efficiency. The role requires strategic vision, programme management expertise, and strong stakeholder engagement skills to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes across the gallery. This role also offers the opportunity to lead and create a high-impact transformation initiative, enabling the business to modernise operations and achieve long-term growth objectives. Requirements: Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programmes, ideally within SMEs or other similar environments. Strong programme and project management expertise, and ability to work with a range of methodologies including both Agile and Waterfall. Solutions-oriented and able to identify appropriate digital technologies to meet business needs. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organisational levels. Ability to translate complex technical information into terms readily understood by all. Effective and empathetic change management capability Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate data and derive actionable insights. Resilient, adaptable, and action oriented, with a hands-on approach to driving results. Strong people management skills and a proven track record in developing high performing teams able to deliver business value. More details available on successful application.
