Head of E-commerce (UK)

to lead and manage the brands e-commerce strategy and operations within the UK market, while also holding matrix responsibility for the global D2C platform and infrastructure, as well as a coordinating role in structuring and managing the global Amazon relationships. The

Head of E-commerce (UK)

will play a pivotal role in driving online sales, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring the success of the UK e-commerce business. Additionally, this role will collaborate with global counterparts to maintain a consistent and scalable platform across all regions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the company’s digital strategy across D2C and marketplace platforms, with a focus on rolling out to additional markets. Accountable for the profitable delivery of revenue, traffic, conversion, and AOV from all UK D2C sites in line with company targets. Enhance the user experience across the portfolio of brand websites and marketplace platforms by improving SEO, UX/UI, site speed, mobile optimisation, and localised content. Utilise data and analytics to drive performance, optimise traffic, increase conversion rates, and improve customer retention across all regions. Partner with the marketing team to drive traffic and sales through performance marketing strategies such as PPC, email marketing, and social media, ensuring alignment with market-specific goals. Work closely with marketing, product management, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of product launches and digital marketing strategies. Drive the UK marketplace strategy by enhancing market knowledge, product ranging, pricing, and user experience. Build and develop a high-performing eCommerce team, ensuring the right structure and talent are in place to support business growth across all online channels. What We Are Looking For? Proven experience in a senior eCommerce leadership role, preferably in consumer goods. Demonstrated success in scaling D2C revenues and launching global markets. Strong expertise in digital marketing channels, including PPC, social media, SEO, and email. Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify and analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Advanced understanding of consumer trends and technological innovations, with a focus on maintaining a competitive edge. Proven ability to develop enhanced online shopping experiences, including advanced product visualisations, seamless mobile interfaces, and enhanced shopping platforms. Expertise in managing third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and emerging platforms like TikTok. Inspirational leader with exceptional communication skills and stakeholder influence.
