It’s no surprise then that we're looking for people who are up for a challenge, have a thirst for ways to improve the business and themselves, love learning, and are willing to be flexible. Your experience will be invaluable to us, whether it is already in economic crime prevention, risk framework and compliance, close to the customer in the business, or in skills that support our future vision for the team. Provide robust oversight and challenge to the business, ensuring that ECP Risks are fully understood, mitigated, and managed. Advise Risk and Control owners on the implications of all aspects of ECP Risk management for the Group and drive a culture of ECP awareness. Ensure a robust and effective ECP Policy is in place and appropriate assurance, oversight and testing activity is undertaken. Support 2nd line governance to provide in-depth assessment of policy, risk appetite and threat landscape. Collate, interpret, and disseminate ECP oversight reports, to support the Group ECP Risk Management Framework Director in ECP governance forums. Develop a schedule of thematic oversight reviews, ensuring that issues are highlighted, Business Unit action plans for resolution developed and, as appropriate, escalated accordingly. Assess Business Unit input in relation to current emerging and anticipated threats in ECP to help the Business Units shape current and future prevention, detection, and disruption strategies and investment. What you’ll need: Detailed knowledge of the ECP Risks within Onboarding, Ongoing Monitoring and BCB/CIB. Experience of the development and execution of a 2nd line oversight plan. Ability to advise and influence the Group Economic Crime Prevention senior leadership team, Risk owners, Control owners, and Business Unit leadership teams. Ability to effectively communicate strategic direction for ECP Risk ensuring that it aligns with the Group's objectives. Excellent technical knowledge of ECP Risk and the wider business.
