Full Time, Permanent Duties include:
Manage the timely and effective delivery of the curriculum, ensuring a high-quality provision is delivered. Oversee financial performance to ensure profitability by maximising contract performance. Ensure that quality assurance and improvement processes are in place and that a culture of continuous service improvement is embedded. Identify areas of improvement and drive change for success across the Education team. Work alongside internal and external stakeholders to ensure a high-quality curriculum is developed. Maximise contract performance to ensure all contractual targets and obligations are met. Maintain knowledge on key policy developments in relation to teaching, learning and assessment. Develop and maintain strong partnerships (internally and externally). Essential Criteria:
Hold QTS or equivalent. Must have experience of leading within an education setting. Must have experience of financial management and delivery against service level agreements. Experience of curriculum development.
