What the role involves
- Leading the end-to-end design of complex mixed-signal hardware, including high-speed digital and low-noise analogue circuitry.
- Overseeing system integration, hardware bring-up, verification, and performance validation.
- Managing and mentor a team of electronics engineers, setting priorities and supporting individual development.
- Supporting FPGA development across the product lifecycle, working on architecture, integration, and bring-up alongside specialist engineers.
- Driving PCB design and delivery, including multilayer and HDI boards, with a focus on signal integrity, power integrity.
- Ensure engineering work is developed in line with relevant medical device standards and quality processes.
