The Head of Energy will be responsible for the development and implementation of a mutually agreed growth strategy for this busy energy broking business. You will be targeted with growing the company's volume and revenue in line with agreed plans, whilst delivering an excellent customer experience. We are interested in hearing from you if you have significant experience of coaching, motivating, and managing commercial account managers; you can point to experience of leading inside sales teams and the ability to demonstrate leadership by example.
