As Head of Engineering Excellence, you will play the lead role in propelling our engineering operations into a future of engineering excellence. This strategic role requires a deep understanding of the total lifecycle of assets in an FMCG manufacturing environment, as well as expertise in food manufacturing, maintenance processes, and integration of new technologies. You will champion open and effective communication to ensure alignment and foster an environment of collaboration. Key Responsibilities

Build and develop an engineering transformation team Lead site and central teams through a maintenance transformation, defining, embedding, and training maintenance strategies Lead development of a system for analysis of supply chain maintenance data and processes Stay updated with knowledge of industrial engineering maintenance and best practices Drive functional excellence of the engineering teams Lead the design, development, implementation, and embedding of engineering systems Define and embed program management methodology for process/construction engineering project managers Deliver savings through maintenance and inventory system improvements Ensure principles of zero-harm and best quality are integrated throughout the transformation Produce a 10-year maintenance strategy for Britvic GB Requirements

Relevant manufacturing/engineering degree preferred, or equivalent qualifications Membership of an industry-related professional body desirable Experience working within a manufacturing environment and relevant safety and quality policies In-depth knowledge and experience of FMEA, maintenance approaches, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, TCO, and program management methodology Experience managing a team and ability to build a team to meet Britvic's strategy SAP PM experience desirable Ability to lead a transformation and embed it across multiple sites Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to present data and strategies effectively Education

Relevant manufacturing/engineering degree is preferred, or HND, BTEC Professional Level 5 Award or equivalent NVQ Level 5 qualifications. Certifications

Membership of an industry-related professional body desirable
