Oversee all aspects of the engineering function, including architecture, development, testing, and deployment. Ensure the engineering team delivers high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions on time. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of product initiatives. Lead demo calls to present new solutions and features to the Huddle team, fostering understanding and adoption. Technical Excellence:
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Drive technical innovation and ensure that the company’s technology stack evolves in response to changing needs and opportunities. Customer Focus:
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points. Use insights to inform product development and iterate on features to deliver exceptional user experiences. Requirements Experience: 7+ years of experience in product management and engineering roles, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering successful products in a startup or high-growth environment. Leadership: Demonstrated experience in building, leading, and mentoring teams. Strong ability to inspire and motivate team members while fostering a positive and productive work environment. Technical Skills: Solid technical background with experience in building full-stack web applications, ideally across SaaS and/or marketplace platforms. Product Expertise: Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, from ideation and development to launch and iteration. Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools. Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to translate business goals into actionable product and engineering plans. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
