Lead and manage the English department, providing guidance and support to teachers Develop and implement an exceptional and engaging English curriculum Collaborate with fellow academic leaders to enhance cross-curricular initiatives Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and implementing strategies for improvement Create a positive and inclusive learning environment Ensure the effective use of resources and technology within the department Maintain open communication with parents regarding students' academic performance Stay up-to-date with developments in the field of English education Minimum Requirements
