The contract is to deliver M&E Technical Services & Maintenance, Building Fabric and Lifecycle.
The estate consists of PFI & retained buildings. This role is for the Worcestershire Royal Hospital only. Our client is working closely in partnership with the Trust to ensure all facilities are of a good quality, compliant and safe for the workers, the client, and the patients.
The contract dates to 2002 and runs through to 2030 and has entered its seven-year hand back.
The role is to assist the Senior Account Manager in the provision and delivery of a high-quality maintenance service. The role will require the holder to take an active role in the day-to-day management of the Technical Service delivery and Life Cycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the M&E & Life Cycle part of the contract.
