The contract is to deliver M&E Technical Services & Maintenance, Building Fabric and Lifecycle.
The estate consists of PFI & retained buildings. This role is for the Worcestershire Royal Hospital only. Our client is working closely in partnership with the Trust to ensure all facilities are of good quality, compliant, and safe for the workers, the client, and the patients.
The contract dates to 2002 and runs through to 2030 and has entered its seven-year hand back.
The role is to assist the Senior Account Manager in the provision and delivery of a high-quality maintenance service. The holder will take an active role in the day-to-day management of the Technical Service delivery and Life Cycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the M&E & Life Cycle part of the contract.
