Job Summary This role is instrumental in shaping the future of EV charging services across multiple locations. You will be responsible for designing, optimising, and implementing processes that enable seamless service deployment while ensuring integration across operations, IT, property, finance, and commercial functions. With a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience, you will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The role also requires building and maintaining relationships with key external partners and vendors. Ideal Candidate Profile We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in designing and implementing operational processes. The ideal candidate will excel in problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A background in process design and business analysis is essential. Key Responsibilities Process Optimisation & Integration :

Design and implement new workflows to improve efficiency. Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to integrate systems. Maintain documentation for processes and improvements.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement :

Serve as the primary contact for external partners and vendors. Effectively communicate process updates to internal teams. Ensure smooth collaboration across key business functions.

Leadership & Project Management :

Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources. Ensure the quality and timely delivery of projects. Monitor compliance with regulations and industry standards.

Experience & Skills Extensive experience in process design, business analysis, or a similar role. EV Charging experience. Proficiency in process mapping and workflow design. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
