The Role: My client is looking for an experienced Head of Events to work with their inclusive membership, digital, and policy divisions. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the planning and execution of a variety of events - including seminars, CEO dinners, conferences, and webinars that drive stakeholder engagement. Your expertise will play an essential role in supporting commercial growth and event success in the advancement of the brand - ensuring programmes and campaigns are supported by impactful collaborations. Key Responsibilities Include: Budget Oversight:

Manage contracts, budgets, and deliverables that maximise event success. Preserve budget by tracking and reporting financial performance after events. Event Running:

Planning, organising, and executing large-scale events that boost brand awareness and engage both internal and external stakeholders. Commercial Strategy and Marketing:

Collaborate with digital teams to produce enticing marketing material to boost event participation and engagement. Sponsorship Advocacy:

Work alongside the membership team to identify, approach, and secure sponsorships for events and nurture existing partnerships. Relationship Management:

Assist other leading teams to merge event goals and cultivate harmonious business objectives. Conference Logistics:

Head conference organisation to develop a variety of engaging speakers and event programmes. Requirements: Essential Experience:

10 years' experience in event management or a related field. You'll thrive here if you are used to handling high-standard events with a substantial number of delegates. You will have a tendency to secure sponsorships and increase profit and revenue through conference production. Skills:
