As the Head of Sales, you will take the reins of our central sales team, driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives and fostering strong client relationships. Your mission: maximize bookings, secure new clients, and ensure our venues remain the go-to destinations for memorable events in London. Sales Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Strategy Development: Create and implement a robust sales strategy to increase bookings and expand our market presence. Engage new business opportunities, forging long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Partnerships: Collaborate with event planners, corporates, and agencies to secure repeat and high-value business. Data-Driven Insights: Monitor sales performance, analyse trends, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership. Team Development: Mentor and develop the sales team, ensuring they have the tools and training to succeed. Minimum Requirements

To excel in this role, you’ll need: Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally within the events, venue, or hospitality sectors. A track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets. Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills. Strong understanding of market trends in the events and venue industry. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
