Do you have the experience of facilities management and a proven track record of contract management? Join us as the Head Facilities Management. You will be responsible for leading the effective delivery of all operational facilities management (FM) activities across HIE’s property portfolio, which includes HIE’s office premises that are owned or leased, as well as where facilities management services may be required in other office/industrial buildings that HIE holds within their wider commercial property portfolio. You will manage our FM team and lead on all aspects of health and safety policy and compliance, the procurement and management of FM contracts, financial management of relevant budgets, and implementing programmes of Planned and Preventive Maintenance (PPM) with a focus on planned sustainability works to reduce energy use and carbon emissions. Experienced in facilities management, you’ll also have a proven track record of contract management including procuring and mobilising contracts. A confident and articulate communicator, you’ll have the ability to lead negotiations and influence key decision makers. Leading and motivating your team, you’ll have knowledge of health and safety principles and proven experience of delivering customer-focused services, budget management, and reporting.
