Head of Field Audit . Think you're up for the challenge? Position Title:

Head of Field Audit The Head of Field Audit will lead and create the strategy for store audit controls and compliance, adapting and implementing processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and effective cost controls in each business function. Departmental Responsibilities: Retail Operations

Day to day management and leadership of a team of retail field auditors overseeing the following areas: Cash controls and compliance. Stock controls, store operating procedures, stock loss control and compliance. Stock rotation controls. Store security controls including CCTV monitoring, alarm log checks and investigation process. Team

Plan work rotas and holidays for direct reports. Reconcile and submit monthly payroll for direct reports. Directing and motivating the audit team on meeting operational KPI’s/targets whilst constantly striving for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Significant experience in operational audits and controls including the management of audit departments and staff. Some financial services experience desired. Thorough understanding of the principles and applications of good corporate governance, business and operational risk and control processes and procedures. Mature understanding of internal auditing and risk management principles and best practices. Understanding and experience of audit management software and data analysis tools. Full-time Pay:
