Remuneration:
£65,000 - £70,000 + 5% bonus
Benefits:
£8,800 car allowance, 6% pension, 25 days holiday, BUPA healthcare, laptop, phone etc
The role of the Head of Field Sales – Laminate Surfaces will involve: Head of Field Sales position selling our clients manufactured range of laminate surfaces Manage, develop and mentor the specification sales team Generating specifications via fabricators, distributors, retail end users and contractors Typical projects include schools, hospitals, high street stores, commercial offices, and sports centres such as Holiday Inn Working with typical order values between £1k - £150k
The ideal applicant will be a Head of Field Sales – Laminate Surfaces with: People management experience Specification sales experience in the building trade Contacts with architects & interior designers (ideal) Openness to a variety of decorative, tactile/aesthetically pleasing interior products such as carpets, curtains, fabrics, flooring, wall coverings, textiles, paint etc Self-sufficient problem solver with a learn-as-you-develop attitude Sales attributes such as negotiation skills, commercial awareness, and strong decision making
