The Head of Finance will lead the finance function, reporting directly to the Managing Director. The role involves
strategic financial leadership, cost management, process improvement,
and
maintaining financial integrity. and process improvements Experience Ideally Required for This Role: Formal qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) Expertise in the manufacturing or production sector Hands-on experience
with account preparation Strong leadership and team management skills
within an SME environment Proficient in business partnering and stakeholder management Advanced IT and accountancy systems user,
