Job Overview We are seeking a curious, highly skilled and organised individual to support an entrepreneurial family with their business and personal financial matters and investments. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, ideally an accountancy qualification and prior experience in managing finance and operations, ideally gained within both family office and business settings.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with service providers and brokers on behalf of the principals (legal advisors, banks, finance managers in other jurisdictions and insurance providers etc) Maintain critical documentation and ensure all policies are current, fit for purpose, and cost-effective (e.g., life, health, travel insurance, etc.). Handling day-to-day financial management tasks (organising direct debits, processing invoices for various properties and logging spend on individual sites for ROI tracking Work with the Principals to review performance of various land and property investments, including coordination with service providers Work with the Singapore-based Head of Finance to ensure timely submission of finance reports and expense tracking Assist with business and personal tax filings in the UK Manage IT and digital infrastructure for office and family members - sourcing new providers where needed Managing business calendars for family members, coordinating various meetings and events Manage business and some private travel arrangements where required Ad-hoc project work and research related to setting up a new business entity in the UK and making new property/land investments for the family Project and budget work related to property renovation programmes (e.g. identifying new vendors/providers) Skills

& Experience

At least 5 years of proven experience as a Head/Lead of operations and/or or finance within a business setting. Familiarity with legal and financial processes such as property transactions and insurance arrangements. Experience gained in an entrepreneurial, family office or owner-managed setting is an advantage. Experience in financial management and tax affairs for small business and/or private household - accountancy qualification highly desirable. Experience managing household logistics and/or providing personal support desired. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with accounting software, and a curiosity for AI is highly desirable. Benefits
