Description
Oversee all financial operations within the organisation
Develop and implement strategic financial plans
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Lead and manage a dedicated finance team
Represent the finance department in board meetings
Provide financial reports and interpret financial information
Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions
Identify areas for cost reduction and financial improvement
Profile
A successful Head of Finance should have:
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Professional accreditation such as ACA, CIMA or ACCA
Proficiency in financial management software
Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Strong analytical abilities
advanced Excel and strong attention to detail
Job Offer
An estimated salary range of £70,000 - £80,000 per year
