Birmingham The Head of Finance will be responsible for overseeing financial management of the company including the preparation of management accounts, analysis of financial statements, forecasting and reporting to Directors, managing a team of four. This is an exciting role for someone to have a real impact on the development of the business under private ownership. This role is office based only, so not suitable for those seeking hybrid working. Part time working considered and the ideal candidate will be CCAB qualified. Working hours 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday - Friday, can be flexible. Key Responsibilities
Finalise preparation of the quarterly management accounts Preparation of forecasts, actuals and reporting on variances Attend monthly board meetings and contribute to the improved performance of the business as part of the senior leadership team Liaise with external auditors for completion of annual audited accounts Benefits
