Head of Finance

As a Head of Finance, the work centres on as Head of Finance, you’ll lead the operational delivery of the Finance function across reporting, compliance, financial control, audit. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

How the role is set up

Partner closely with the VP, Finance to support board reporting, operational delivery and strategic priorities. Lead relationships with external auditors and support smooth, well-governed audit processes.

As Head of Finance, you’ll lead the operational delivery of the Finance function across reporting, compliance, financial control, audit. Develop a high-performing Finance team while acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across the business, translating complex financial information into clear, actionabl. Lead MPB’s financial control framework, ensuring strong governance, compliance and reporting standards across all entities.

What is expected

• Experience leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
• ACA or ACCA qualification.
• Significant experience in a senior finance, financial control or controllership role within a multi-entity business.
