Lead on budget preparation, management, and review. Ensure financial sustainability and risk management. Provide financial insights to inform decision-making. Manage, guide, and develop a team of finance professionals. Engage with stakeholders on financial matters. Oversee financial reporting and compliance. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems. The Successful Applicant A successful Head of Finance Business Partnering should have: An academic background in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent. Proven experience in strategic financial planning and budget management. Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage a team. Strong interest of the Membership sector. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficiency in financial reporting and compliance.
