As a key member of the Senior Management Team, the Head of Finance is responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information to the Board of Trustees, Chief Executive Officer and other senior managers to support strategic decision-making and safeguard the assets of Connecting Carers. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the finance function, including budgeting, management accounting and cash management as well as developing and implementing financial policies and controls and lead on risk management. In addition, you will be responsible for managing the Grant and Trust officer and lead on the development of a Fundraising Strategy for the organisation, as well as managing the team responsible for delivering grants to Unpaid Carers. You must be passionate about what we do and our commitment to supporting unpaid Carers throughout Highland. This is a fantastic opportunity as Head of Finance to use your skills and creativity to make a difference to the lives of unpaid Carers throughout Highland.
