Reporting to The Managing Director, this Facilities Services vacancy requires partnering with the Divisional Managing Director – Facilities Services (MD) to ensure all financial and commercial matters are controlled in line with a £160 Million turnover business. Essential Qualifications: Professionally qualified accountant or commercial manager (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, RICS, CIOB). Extensive experience in a Business Services environment. Strong character and ability to challenge leadership in the best interest of the business. Adept communication skills with professional consultants, clients, and legal teams. Strong understanding of the UK market with a network of contacts for business development. Demonstrable track record of progression in a construction, engineering, or facilities services organization. Competencies: Strategic Leadership:
