Our client is looking for an experienced Head of Finance to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company to ensure financial health.
This role requires a high level of financial knowledge, strategic thinking, and strong management skills.
Key Responsibilities Oversee financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements - Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws. Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to support the company's goals and objectives. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to the CEO and executive team - Manage the financial planning and budgeting process. File company accounts and VAT returns. Monitor cashflow, investments, and financial performance indicators. Identify opportunities and areas for cost reduction and operational improvements.
Key Attributes Experience as a Head of Finance or similar senior role. Strong knowledge of financial services, accounting principles, and financial management. Leadership abilities with the ability to manage a team effectively. Ability to develop long-term financial plans.
