Duties & Responsibilities

As the Head of Finance, your key responsibilities will include: Overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Managing operational functions, including stock planning, despatch, and customer services. Leading HR initiatives, working with outsourced partners to ensure compliance and staff well-being. Acting as a strategic partner to the Managing Director, driving insights and improvements for growth. Supporting the company's expansion into new markets, including international opportunities. What Experience is Required

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A qualification in finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with proven experience in a leadership position. Experience managing operational and HR functions within an SME. A strategic mindset with a track record of driving business growth and performance improvements. Salary & Benefits
