As the Head of Finance, you will be pivotal in driving the company's ambitious plans whilst developing and building a high-performance finance team. This is a truly dynamic and fast-paced environment with a seat on the senior leadership team, and this position is regarded as the number two to the managing director. In this role, you will need to provide challenge and support to drive the P&L performance and initiatives to support the UK Business strategy. Key Responsibilities:
Manage financial reporting and prepare monthly management accounts. Manage and professionalize the internal accounts function of 4 staff. Support leadership team with reporting and analysis of financial performance, investigation of variances and recommendation on areas that require further analysis. Lead strategic financial planning and budgeting for business growth. Support the integration of the company structure post-merger. Drive efficiency and reduce reliance on external accountants. Implement an ownership to investor bonus program for staff. Qualifications and Experience:
Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA). Experience in growing businesses and driving financial governance. Salary: £75,000-£90,000 per annum, plus package and benefits. IND25
