Role Summary:
This position is a number one finance position at LullaBellz. We are looking for a leader who has sound technical knowledge and has the ability to communicate financial information effectively and ensure proficient processes and systems are in place.
Main Role Responsibilities: Production of Management Accounts and MI for board reporting. Acting as the right-hand to the Founder and other key personnel to review, understand and present financial information. Lead all financial planning and analysis including budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management. Oversee finance and external IT teams to ensure delivery. Prepare and report performance reports for key internal and external stakeholders. Maintain key relationships with external stakeholders including bank, accountants, finance partners, and China suppliers. Create and execute Finance and IT Strategies. Manage annual audit process and responsibility for year-end statutory & tax filings (along with external accountants). Skills & Qualifications:
CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA qualified. Financial Controller/ Head of Finance experience within E-Commerce. High level of attention to detail with proactive and flexible approach who strives for excellence with enthusiasm. Positive attitude, results-driven and promotes positive behaviour in a fast-paced environment. Advanced Excel Skills. Proficient in finance systems. Excellent communication skills. Salary:
£65k - £80k per annum DOE
