Manage financial reporting and prepare monthly management accounts Manage and professionalise the internal accounts function of 4 staff Support the leadership team with reporting and analysis of financial performance, investigation of variances, and recommendations on areas that require further analysis Lead strategic financial planning and budgeting for business growth Support the integration of the company structure post-merger Drive efficiency and reduce reliance on external accountants Implement an ownership to investor bonus program for staff

Qualifications and Experience: Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) Experience in growing businesses and driving financial governance

Salary: £75,000-£90,000 per annum, plus package and benefits.
