Duties & Responsibilities
Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and compliance. Provide financial advice and reporting. Develop revenue opportunities and manage resource allocation. Ensure effective risk management and statutory compliance. Collaborate with external auditors, insurers, and advisors.
What Experience is Required
Experience in an educational or non–profit environment. A strong grasp of fund accounting. Proven ability to manage budgets, lead strategic financial planning, and oversee compliance.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: GBP46,731 to GBP46,731, pro rata for part–time hours (0.4 or 0.6 FTE). Benefits include free parking, access to an onsite fitness suite, automatic pension enrollment, and an excellent CPD programme.
Location
The role is based in Halifax, easily commutable from Huddersfield, Bradford, Leeds, and surrounding areas.
