Head of Finance | PE Backed Tech | Start-up | London/Hybrid Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 (Depending on experience) - Plus excellent benefits including bonus and share options This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing PE backed Tech company who are looking for an organised, detail-oriented individual to join the finance team as Head of Finance reporting to the CEO. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full cycle of financial operations (Cashflow, P&L, Balance Sheet) Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards Provide reporting and insights to senior leaders to help inform business direction Collaborate with teams across the company to support business growth by contributing financial expertise to strategic initiatives and projects Prepare and complete month-end, quarter-end and year-end accounting Perform financial planning, annual budgeting, and day-to-day cost management Professional Skills Required: Recognised accounting qualification, ACA or ACCA, with thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures Demonstrated experience working in a start-up environment or SMEs and scaling up Experience working in a high-growth environment Tech/SAAS experience, highly desirable Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing finance teams Strategic mindset, ability to think critically and provide insights to drive business results Effective communicator at all levels with the ability to build trusted relationships
