About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance to join our organisation in a newly created and strategic leadership position. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future direction of the finance team and the broader organisation.

In this role, you will lead a team of five direct reports across Financial Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Tax, oversee the external audit process, and act as the Finance Project Lead on key transformation initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our financial controls and working collaboratively with the FP&A team to develop actionable insights that support informed decision-making.

As a Head of Finance you will: Lead and manage a team of 5 direct reports, covering Financial Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Tax. Own and enhance compliance with a robust financial control framework. Act as Finance Project Lead on major business transformation projects. Oversee external audits, acting as the primary liaison with external auditors. Collaborate closely with the FP&A team to develop insights for decision-making and drive process improvements. Respond autonomously to ad-hoc queries from Regional and Global finance functions.

To set you up for success, we are looking for the following skills and experience: ACA qualified (Association of Chartered Accountants). Experience with one of the Big 4 firms (KPMG, PwC, Deloitte, EY). Demonstrated ability to think strategically and align financial objectives with broader organisational goals. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and manage high-performing teams. Significant experience in driving and supporting large-scale transformation projects. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex initiatives and deliver outcomes within set timelines.
