Duties will include: Developing and implementing financial strategies in alignment with the company's goals. Leading financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes. Ensuring compliance with IFRS, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements. Overseeing financial policies, procedures, and controls to optimize operational efficiency. Collaborating with cross-departmental teams to provide financial insights and support growth initiatives. Managing and mentoring the finance team to foster professional development and high performance. Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management and stakeholders. About the Successful Applicant: The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) with a strong background in financial controlling within the telecommunications or software sector.
