About the Job: The Head of Finance will play a critical role in guiding the financial strategy of the organization. This leadership position demands a proactive approach to financial management and a strong understanding of IFRS standards. You will oversee all financial activities, ensuring compliance and facilitating informed decision-making within the company. Duties will include: Developing and implementing financial strategies in alignment with the company's goals. Leading financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes. Ensuring compliance with IFRS, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements. Overseeing financial policies, procedures, and controls to optimize operational efficiency. Collaborating with cross-departmental teams to provide financial insights and support growth initiatives. Managing and mentoring the finance team to foster professional development and high performance. Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management and stakeholders. Identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement within the organization. About the Successful Applicant: The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) with a strong background in financial controlling within the telecommunications or software sector. You will possess a solid understanding of IFRS standards and demonstrable experience leading financial operations. Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences are essential. A proactive and adaptable mindset will be key to thriving in this fast-paced environment.
