Your new role

As a qualified accountant, you will have well-developed skills at managing all aspects of financial operations and a nurturing and motivational leadership style. You will demonstrate excellent technical accounting knowledge, and be experienced at preparing for, and leading through, the audit process. Responsibilities include: Monthly management accounting duties Management of assets and estates Budgeting and forecasting Closely monitoring cashflow Liaison with senior stakeholders Preparing reports for the board

What you'll need to succeed

As a qualified accountant with significant experience, you will be on the lookout for a finance operations position which affords autonomy and responsibility. Your engaging communication style will be essential to achieving success. Ideally, a background in the education sector would be helpful, but this isn't essential. Your experience of managing and developing teams, encouraging and motivating them to meet strategic objectives, and your attention to detail will be utilised extensively. You should be comfortable working to deadlines and prefer an office-based role where you can interact with colleagues at all levels in a modern, forward-thinking and evolving organisation.
