With our industry-leading property management solution, we're enabling the world's most revolutionary hospitality brands to accelerate their digital transformation.

We're on the lookout for ambitious, tenacious and passionate people who want to join the next generation of innovators and disrupt the hospitality industry with us. Sound good so far? Keep reading and tumble down the Mews rabbit hole... About the role

First things first: you want to know what you're actually applying for. We're looking for a strategic, solutions-driven Senior Manager to define and drive the vision for our Finance Transformation and Product teams, aligning efforts across Finance Systems to deliver a cohesive, future-ready architecture. In this role, you'll lead the integration and evolution of core financial systems, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the business. You'll collaborate across Technical Product Ownership, Master Data Management, Application Support, and Finance Transformation to build a scalable, unified finance technology ecosystem that enables business growth and operational efficiency. Your mission, should you choose to accept it: Process Architecture Ownership:

Lead the definition and evolution of an overarching process architecture that integrates finance systems and processes into a cohesive and scalable solution, addressing current needs and preparing for future growth. Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional stakeholders to implement this vision.

Roadmap Leadership:

Own and maintain the long-term systems roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and department OKRs. Act as the key point of integration, ensuring individual system enhancements and transformations align within the broader architecture.

Cross-Team Coordination:

Act as a strategic liaison between Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Transformation teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment of objectives across diverse stakeholders and disciplines.

Team Development and Support:

Oversee and mentor a diverse team, including Technical Product Owners, Master Data Management, Application Support, and Finance Transformation, providing guidance and ensuring alignment of team efforts with the overall strategy.

Delegated Execution:

Guide and empower teams to deliver on specific initiatives such as system optimization, process automation, and data governance, ensuring these efforts contribute to the broader architecture.

You'll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you: Proven experience in finance transformation, systems architecture, or product management, ideally within finance systems or ERP environments. Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), product lifecycle management, and finance operations. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team, fostering a collaborative environment focused on delivering results. Expertise in finance process improvement and automation, with a strong background in systems integration and data management. Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to manage requirements and expectations across technical and non-technical teams. What's in it for you?
