About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Finance / VP Finance to join our leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all finance functions of the company, driving financial strategy and growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide financial insights and analysis to support decision making, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting principles.
Requirements
10+ years of progressive experience in finance roles, preferably in the fintech industry Proven track record of leading finance functions and driving financial growth Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Exceptional leadership and people management skills Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA is a plus Benefits
