Head of Finance , you will report to senior leadership and manage a team of 3–4 finance professionals. You’ll oversee financial operations, systems, and controls, providing key insights to support strategic decision-making and help shape the company’s growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the finance team, fostering collaboration and performance. Manage VAT, management accounts, and financial ledgers. Oversee cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting. Implement financial controls and reporting to optimise performance. Support the restructuring of financial operations across the group. Engage with external auditors and advisors. About You The ideal

will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with SME experience. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong leadership skills.
