Description Key Responsibilities: Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic business goals. Ensure compliance with IFRS, UK tax regulations, and internal control frameworks. Provide accurate and timely financial reporting, including management and statutory accounts. Collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic decision-making and business performance. Oversee external audits and maintain strong relationships with auditors and stakeholders. Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering continuous improvement. Enhance financial systems and processes for greater efficiency and accuracy. Profile The Successful Candidate: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with demonstrated experience in senior financial roles. Proven expertise in financial reporting, IFRS compliance, and managing external audits. Strong experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel proficiency. Strategic thinker with the ability to provide actionable financial insights. Hands-on and methodical approach to work, with excellent attention to detail. Effective communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Experienced in mentoring teams and fostering a high-performance culture. Thrives in a dynamic, growing organisation with a focus on continuous improvement.
