Fast-paced, high-growth PE-backed firm Opportunity to completely reshape a scale-up business' operations About Our Client Our client is an impressive PE-backed Tech/Telco firm based in Kingston Upon Hull with ambitious plans for growth via typical PE lifecycle. Job Description The Head of Financial Operations will be responsible for the following: Take ownership of the Group's day-to-day accounting processes Deliver fast, accurate monthly and annual reporting Work closely with financial reporting, FP&A, and other key stakeholders to maintain alignment and support consolidated group reporting. Lead the ongoing development of the Group's accounting processes Optimise process efficiency Improve control effectiveness Lead, engage and motivate the team Support the Group's annual audit and tax compliance processes The Successful Applicant A successful Head of Financial Operations should have: A professional qualification in accounting or finance or qualified by experience Proven experience in a senior finance position Technology and telecommunications sector experience desirable but not essential Experience of implementing change across a large, complex business essential High volume billing experience highly desirable Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage remotely Fast-paced and tenacious personality What's on Offer The Head of Financial Operations will receive: An attractive salary package ranging from £80000 to £90000 per year depending on experience Discretionary bonus scheme Hybrid working policy Private healthcare 25 days + bank holidays Enhanced family leave
