Reporting in to the Director of Finance you’ll use your skills in financial management and accounting to drive innovation, foster a culture of excellence, and ensure our financial operations are at the forefront of compliance, efficiency, and performance. We’ve broken down some key responsibilities here: Lead and Develop:

Manage teams across financial accounting, management accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and rent and service charge functions. Empower your team to innovate and deliver excellence. Drive Performance:

Oversee financial processing, accounting, and tax activities with a focus on compliance, value for money, and delivering exceptional service. Collaborate and Influence:

Work closely with the Director of Finance, internal leaders, and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless approach to accounting and reporting functions. Champion Continuous Improvement:

Develop and embed innovative solutions to improve departmental efficiency and service delivery. Deliver Compliance and Assurance:

Ensure all statutory and regulatory financial reporting obligations are met, ensure Rent Standard compliance, and maintain strong internal controls and governance. What do you need from me?

This a full time role with a salary of £80,465.21, 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays. We offer a reward package to suit everyone.
