Job Responsibilities Reporting to VP Commercial Finance EMEA, you prepare reporting packages, analyses, and narratives to business partners and senior management with emphasis on identifying variance drivers and recommending actions. Work closely with different departments and cooperate with local finance teams across EMEA countries. Get close to vertical businesses, identify and understand performance and challenges across our markets. Maximize use of financial systems to drive growth (revenue pipeline review and forecast, recurring revenue streaming, and booking accuracy). Providing financial analysis and reports on key performance indicators to support the company’s decision-making process. Drive budgeting and forecasting support (enable accurate visibility of how we are tracking), collaborating with other departments within the organization to prepare accurate budgets. Assist vertical leaders and their teams with forecast, revenue, billing, and contract inquiries as needed. Requirements Experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Sales Operations and/or Consulting. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related business majors. CRM experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred. Experience with reporting and visualization software required; Power BI is a plus. Experience in the Tech/Software industry (with recurring revenues) a plus. High proficiency in Excel required. Must be a self-starter with intellectual curiosity to be a problem solver. Displays a strong ability to build models and develop outputs for stakeholder-friendly consumption. Has a proven track record of extracting, manipulating, and delivering insights from large data sets. Manages ambiguity, proactively ideating solutions to key business problems. Can influence peers and leaders, presenting financial concepts to a non-financial audience. Has a proven track record of working in multidisciplinary teams.
