As part of the senior leadership team, your focus will be on developing and executing the strategic plan, preparing the business for exit, overseeing due diligence for M&A activities, and compiling materials for the Private Equity firm. Your responsibilities will include cash flow modeling, budgeting, and business partnering with IT, Marketing, and Operations functions.
You'll lead a team of two FP&A Managers and collaborate closely with the senior finance leadership team, reporting directly to the CFO.
