Head of Fundraising

to lead the firm's global fundraising efforts. This is a key leadership position with the potential for long-term career progression. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies, managing relationships with institutional investors, and driving the firm's growth plans. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive global fundraising strategy to achieve the firm's growth targets. Build and nurture relationships with institutional investors, including pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, and insurance companies, with a focus on European and African markets. Collaborate with senior leadership to position the firm as a premier partner in real estate investment. Lead investor roadshows, presentations, and meetings to secure commitments. Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, investor preferences, and competitive positioning within the real estate sector. Represent the firm at industry events and conferences to expand the investor network. Oversee the preparation of marketing materials, investor reporting, and due diligence processes. Key Requirements Minimum of 10 years of experience in fundraising, capital raising, or investor relations within the real estate sector. Established relationships with institutional investors on a global scale, with a strong preference for networks in Europe. Proven track record of raising significant capital for real estate investment strategies. Deep knowledge of real estate asset classes, particularly residential and commercial real estate. Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under tight deadlines.
